About Dr Salmon

Meet your host: Dr Melanie Salmon

Dr Melanie Salmon is a medical doctor and Gestalt psychotherapist. She developed QEC as a structured coaching and self-enquiry approach used in educational settings to support reflection, practice, and behaviour change in everyday life.

QEC has been taught and practised since 2009, with trainees and clients internationally.
